ScrubCut
Dead-time detection for surgical recordings.
ScrubCut finds idle stretches in a recording and suggests cuts. You review each one, keep what you want, and export a focused MP4. Recordings stay on your computer.

Products
Each product does one job for one kind of person. They share a standard of care, not a feature list.
Gathered
Family recipes, bound into a keepsake book.
Gathered turns handwritten recipes, photographs and stories into a hardcover book the whole family can share, and gives it to the people who will keep it.

Visit Market Day Sign StudioHow we work
Three habits shape every product we release.
Start with one job
We pick a single task, learn it well, and cut anything that does not serve it. A smaller product is easier to trust.
Keep it plain
Interfaces should explain themselves. If something needs a manual, we redesign it until it does not.
Stay after launch
We run what we ship. Support, fixes and updates continue after the first sale, because that is when the product is actually tested.
